Continuity of Care
I offer full Continuity of Midwifery Care. This includes Antenatal, Labour and birth support and Postnatal care. I would be your lead care provider throughout the whole journey, providing individualised care.
Antenatal Care
Antenatal care commences at home from as early as the first trimester of pregnancy. Appointments are scheduled as per the Antenatal care schedule, or more frequently depending on individual circumstances. Your midwife is able organise ultrasound and blood tests as required.
Labour and Birth
Labour and birth care provided in setting of your choice. I will be on-call 24/7 for your birth. This may include early labour care at home, labour and birth in a home or hospital environment, and immediate postnatal care after birth.
Postnatal Care
Postnatal check-up visits in the home for up to 6 weeks, frequency of visits flexible depending on need. This can include breastfeeding support, emotional support, education and any assistance to make the transition to parenthood as smooth as possible.
